All prices are based on receiving RIP-Ready files.
If your files are not RIP-Ready, they will incur additional
charges and possible delays. Please read our technical
specifications for more information.
Pre-payment is required on all orders. All personal
cheques require 2 pieces of ID (Valid Driver's licence
and Major Credit Card). NSF cheques are subject to
a fee of $25.
All Canadian orders are subject to GST and all British
Columbia orders are subject to PST. If the Customer
is PST exempt, the current tax registration number
must be on file with KeeperKard, or applicable taxes
will be charged.
The Customer guarantees the legal propriety of all
matter submitted to KeeperKard for printing and/or
publication; and will indemnify KeeperKard against
all claims and responsibility arising from the printing
and/or publication of such matter, including the legal
expenses and disbursements incurred by KeeperKard
in contesting the same.
KeeperKard will not be liable for any damages arising
out of violation of laws or illegal use of trade names
or slogans in material supplied by the Customer.
Errors and omissions approved by the Customer are
the responsibility of the Customer. Extra charges
may apply to changes in original Customer specifications
or changes made after Customer approval.
A reasonable variation in colour between original
materials, proofs and the completed order will constitute
an acceptable delivery. KeeperKard will reproduce
colour as closely as possible, but due to the difference
in equipment and conditions between colour proofing
and pressroom operations, KeeperKard cannot guarantee
exact colour matches. See technical specifications
for further details.
All complaints must be made within 5 business days
of receipt of the job. Orders with manufacturing errors
and/or defects will be reprinted at no charge at the
sole discretion of KeeperKard.
All delivery times are approximate and while every
attempt will be made to meet agreed-upon times, KeeperKard
will not be liable for any damages resulting from
deliveries made later than expected by the Customer.
KeeperKard reserves the right to use any printed product
for KeeperKard publicity including reproduction. The
Customer will not necessarily be notified.
KeeperKard has created the following privacy policy

and to disclose the information-gathering and dissemination
practices for all KeeperKard websites.
