Typesetting and layout

Proofs
Two PDF or fax proofs are included. Each additional proof is $25.


Finishing services
• Perforating/Scoring/Kiss cutting $45 setup fee + $30 per 1000
• Corner-rounding $30 per 1000
• CD backup of final files* $30
