DEADLINES

NON-RIP-Ready files must be received by the Friday prior to the approval date.

RIP-Ready files must be received by the Monday prior to the approval date.

Printing runs are closed every Wednesday at 12pm. We require final approval of your job at that time. Completion is scheduled for the Friday of the following week.

Turnaround time
We will get back to you within two business days from receipt of your order, either with a proof or to collect any missing information. Please contact us if you haven't heard from us within two business days.

For orders of 10,000 or more, please inquire about the turnaround time at the time of your order. You will be advised by phone when your order is completed. Orders will not be released until your account is paid in full.
